Online 1 on 1 coaching for women
You are not starting again on Monday.

LOSE FAT.
FOR GOOD.

Three or four lifts a week, food you already like, and the fat off without your life having to shrink to fit it. Your training and your nutrition get built round the week you actually have, and I am in it with you. I am Addison Shields and I coach women one on one.

You have done this before. The plan that had to be perfect from day one. The food you do not actually like. Six sessions a week you kept up for nine days on four hours of sleep, and then a fortnight of nothing. It came back, and it brought a little more with it. That was never a willpower problem. You did not get here in a week and you were never going to get out of it in one, and nobody was there to move the plan when your week moved. Watch this before you start over again.

WATCH THIS BEFORE YOU APPLY

I explain how the coaching runs, and why three or four sessions you actually execute beat six you do not

If that is where you are right now, apply below. My coaching is personalised, so the application asks what you actually want, what has been stopping you and what your week looks like. Be as detailed as you can, because those answers are what I build off. Nothing is owed for filling it in, and it asks you for no card.

THREE OR FOUR LIFTS A WEEK

Thirty to sixty minutes, a few times a week, written round the days you actually have. Four sessions you execute beat seven you show up to with no plan and nutrition as an afterthought

FOOD YOU ALREADY EAT

Your favourite foods, your own sauces, your own combinations, hitting numbers that move you toward the goal. Macro tracking is not restriction, it is being shown how to eat for what you want. And you will not do it forever

PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD

If you lift the same weight for the same reps every week your body has no reason to change. Everything gets logged and everything gets beaten, by weight, by reps or by sets. No guessing

STRENGTH THAT HOLDS

Protein, recovery and your steps built in around the lifting, because muscle is not built in the session. Stronger bones, better body composition, and more freedom in your body as you age

You are not buying anything on this page. The application is the first step and it asks for no payment details of any kind. It asks what you want, where your nutrition has been, what has been stopping you and what you want out of having a coach, because none of the rest of it can be built until I know that.

Nine steps, about two minutes. No obligation and no payment details.

My clients, not my own photos

THESE ARE CLIENTS.
NOT MY OWN PHOTOS.

My own photos only tell you I can do this to myself. These are women with a full time job, little ones at home and an on call phone. Mackenzie is 44 pounds down and still going. Sam went 141 to 121. Tia went 195 to 180 on ten to twelve hour shifts and on call stretches of seven to ten days, eating four hundred calories more than when she started.

Every pair here is published on my own page, whole and in the order I put them up. Nobody has been cropped and nothing has been added. Mackenzie is a mother with a full time job and a lot of overtime who finished her degree while we worked. She went from 25 pounds on a split squat to 60, and from about 2,000 daily steps to over 10,000, across the last year. She is still going.

Everyone says they want it

READ BOTH COLUMNS.
BE HONEST ABOUT YOURS.

My application asks you to grade your own commitment, and one of the three answers is that you are not sure you are ready. It is there because it is a real answer. Read both columns before you fill anything in and be honest about which one you are in. I would rather you tell me now than in month three.

WHO THIS IS BUILT FOR

  • You want the fat off, or real muscle on, or both, and you want your energy and your health up with it. Those are the goals on my form and any of them is the right answer
  • You will eat the plan. It gets built out of food you already like for exactly that reason, because a plan made of food you hate is one you quit in nine days
  • You want accountability, or you want to be taught how this actually works, or you want the discipline to finally hold this time. Those are the three answers on my form and every one of them is a yes
  • Your week is genuinely full. Twelve hour shifts, an on call phone, little ones, a job you cannot move. That is who I coach, and that is who is in those photographs
  • You understand this asks for effort, time and money, and you would rather decide that now than halfway through. My form asks you that in those words, so nobody is surprised

WHO THIS IS NOT FOR

  • You do not actually want a coach. One of the answers on my own form reads “nothing, I don’t want a coach and I am not sure why I am filling this out”. It is on there because people pick it
  • You want it gone by next month. You did not get into this after a week of eating or not exercising, and you are not getting out of it in one either
  • You need it perfect from day one. That is the fastest way to burn out and quit after a week. We lay the foundation, build the habits, then stay consistent
  • You are still buying another supplement to lose fat while your step count is two thousand a day. That is not the thing that is missing
  • You are chasing the exciting version. The progress happens when you stop chasing excitement and start doing the boring things consistently

“It is very chic to be strong and capable.”

One form. Then we talk.

IF THAT IS YOU,
APPLY NOW.

Just checking you are not saying “I will start Monday” for the third Monday in a row. The woman you want to become is not waiting for you to have more time or more motivation. She is built by starting, and the form is where that starts.

Nine steps, about two minutes. No payment details, not here and not on the form
It asks what the biggest hurdle has been. That answer is what I build off, so write it properly
My coaching is personalised, so be as detailed as you can. Short answers give me nothing to work with

Still deciding?

THE FIVE REAL QUESTIONS

Three or four lifts. You do not have to be in a gym five or six times a week to see results, and I say that as somebody who coaches a lot of women working twelves with little ones at home. Thirty to sixty minutes, a few times a week, done properly, beats showing up six or seven times with no plan, no execution and nutrition as an afterthought. The intensity and the food are what create the change, not the number on the calendar.

No, and you will not want to. Tracking is a skill, not a sentence. You start by writing down what you already eat for a few days, then we build the numbers around that, and once you can look at a plate and know roughly what is on it, the food scale has done its job. It is not restriction. It is being shown how to eat for the thing you actually want, using food you already like.

Usually because it had to be perfect from day one. Everything at once, on a plan built for somebody else, and by day nine it is over and you have quit. That is the most common way this goes wrong and it is not a character flaw. We lay the foundation, build the habits, then stay consistent, and the plan moves when your week moves. Starting over is not the problem. Starting over the same way is.

Yes. My application asks what you are actually after and there are four answers on it: lose fat, build muscle, improve your performance, or get your health and your energy up. Some of the women I coach are prepping for a stage and most of them are not. Strength training is not a competitor thing. It is stronger bones, better body composition and more freedom in your body as you get older, and every woman should have it.

Both belong in the conversation once I have read your answers, because my coaching is personalised and I would rather answer against what you actually need than print a number at a stranger. On the time: change takes time, and I am not going to give you a date I cannot keep. Mackenzie has been with me across the last year and she is still going. On the money: my form asks in plain words whether you understand you will be investing effort, time and financial resources, so nobody gets surprised later. Applying itself costs nothing.

You already know how the other way ends

STOP STARTING
ON MONDAY.

The fortnight of perfect. The month of almost nothing. The plan that was never built for your week and gave up before you did. Mackenzie was a mother with a full time job, a lot of overtime and a degree to finish, and she is 44 pounds down. Tia works ten to twelve hour shifts and stretches of seven to ten days on call, and she went 195 to 180 eating more than when she started. Neither of them found more time. They just stopped waiting for it.

You do not need more motivation and you are not going to get more hours. You need a plan built round the week you already have and somebody in it with you. The application is two minutes. That is the only step in front of you.
